Key findings
Livelytics ranks first with 79 out of 100 and has the highest score in 19 of 19 sections, including Future-Proofing & Platform Strategy (96).
Accordion is second with 53.
Two vendors tie for fourth on 40: Mirus and SignalFlare AI. They reach it differently: Mirus scores strong on 18 requirements, SignalFlare AI on 8.
What is AI data intelligence for hospitality?
An AI data intelligence platform for hospitality takes data from the systems a business already runs, such as point of sale, labor, inventory and guest engagement, and brings it into one data layer. It then applies machine learning to forecast demand, flag anomalies and recommend actions. The category has moved from retrospective reporting toward decisions about pricing, staffing, purchasing and marketing. Vendors also describe it as operational analytics, restaurant analytics or hospitality business intelligence.
Three trends shape the category: platforms that work across several point of sale systems, a move from forecasting to recommending specific actions, and the ability to correlate data across systems that were previously separate. MagicGate scored ten platforms against the same 238 requirements in 19 sections, grouped into core analytics, advanced intelligence and the platform and vendor behind them.
Five vendors with limited public information
PAR Ops, IngestAI, Nory, Chabi and Convx score between 11% and 14%. MagicGate scores each requirement from public information, and for these five it found little to score on about half or more of the requirements. Their totals are not a measure of what the products can do. Buyers considering them should ask the vendor for documentation or a demonstration.
Every section score, in report order. The last column gives the lowest and highest score in each row; the three widest gaps are in bold. One section, Data Integration and Management, opens to show each vendor's score on its 20 requirements.

Each requirement is scored 0 to 10 and shown here on the same 0–100 scale; the section score is the average of its requirements. The other 18 sections open the same way in the full evaluation, with a free Olive account.
Vendors separate most on Future-Proofing & Platform Strategy (8 to 96) and least on Cost and ROI (32 to 58).
What you prioritize
An overall ranking treats every requirement as equally important. No buyer does. In a real evaluation a few requirement areas decide the outcome and others barely matter, and how you weight them changes which vendor comes out ahead.
The radar shows how. Open Sections to switch off the areas that matter less to your business, and select up to four vendors to compare. Every score is recalculated on the sections you leave on, and the list re-sorts as you go.
In this report the order moves when only part of it counts. Nory is eighth on the overall score and sixth on the 9 Advanced intelligence sections alone.

How each score is built
Two vendors can reach the same overall score in different ways. One scores strong on many requirements and limited on others. Another scores partial almost everywhere. The bands show which is which.
That matters for how you buy. If you want the strongest product for specific functions and are willing to integrate other tools around it, look for the most requirements in the strong band in the areas you care about. If you want one system that covers most needs without adding others, look for the fewest requirements in the limited band.

Summary
This report scores 10 vendors against 238 requirements in 19 sections. Livelytics ranks first with 79 out of 100, Accordion is second with 53 and two vendors tie for fourth on 40.
Vendors separate most on Future-Proofing & Platform Strategy (8 to 96) and least on Cost and ROI (32 to 58). Every vendor's own strongest and weakest sections are at least 32 points apart, so the overall order says little about any one section.
No single ranking fits every buyer. A position here reflects one requirement set with every requirement weighted equally. Use the section scores to see where each vendor is strongest, the score bands to tell a specialist from an all-rounder, and the radar to see how the order changes with your priorities.
Quick answers
What is the top AI data intelligence platform for restaurants and hospitality?
In this report Livelytics has the highest overall score (79%), ahead of Accordion (53%) and Red Onion (50%). The order changes with the sections a buyer prioritizes, which the radar chart on this page lets you test.
Which platforms does this report cover?
Ten platforms: Livelytics, Accordion, Red Onion, Mirus, SignalFlare AI, PAR Ops, IngestAI, Nory, Chabi and Convx.
How were the platforms scored?
MagicGate scored each platform from 0 to 10 on 238 requirements in 19 sections, using Olive's requirement scoring. A vendor's score is the percentage of the best possible score across the requirements that could be scored. In this edition every answer comes from Olive research of public information; no vendor has supplied responses yet.
Why do Mirus and SignalFlare AI share fourth place?
Both score 40% overall but get there differently. Mirus scores higher on the platform and vendor sections (33% against 28%), and SignalFlare AI on the advanced intelligence sections (47% against 38%).
Why do some vendors score so low?
PAR Ops, IngestAI, Nory, Chabi and Convx score between 11% and 14% because MagicGate found little public information to score on most of their requirements. Their totals reflect missing evidence rather than assessed capability.
Can I rank these platforms on my own requirements?
Yes. This report uses one requirement set. In Olive you can build your own requirements and score the vendors that matter to you against them.
Run this evaluation on your own requirements
Olive builds a ranking from what your team needs, not from a fixed list. Start from a category and score the vendors that matter to you.
