‘O’Live
Las Vegas
Green Valley Ranch, Las Vegas, NV
Two days with the Olive founders and your peers who are building the platform beside you. Shape the 2027 Olive roadmap, solve pressing challenges, and build relationships that outlast the event.
Current Olive customers and community members only
Not a conference.
A working session.
‘O’Live is Olive’s first annual gathering. A small, deliberate event with a handful of your peers who run the hardest technology decisions in their organizations, sitting down with the founders building the tools. No keynotes for the sake of it. No vendor booths. Two days of real conversation about where the product goes next.
Shape the 2027 roadmap
Hear what’s coming before anyone else. Tell us what you actually need. Leave having directly influenced what gets built.
Working sessions, not slides
Breakout groups by segment — IT consultants in one room, IT teams and procurement in another. Real problems, real conversation.
The room is the value
Every person in that room runs evaluations at scale. The peer network you walk away with is worth the flight.
Night at Area15
Thursday evening: A trip to Area15 Las Vegas, including Universal Horror Unleashed. Walk through haunted houses or just hang at the bar and laugh at Chris screaming as he runs out.

Product roadmap — what’s coming in 2027
Dan Harrison, co-founder and CTO, walks through what’s been built and what’s next. Early access previews, honest prioritisation, and a genuine request for input.
Breakout working sessions
Two tracks running in parallel: IT consultants, and IT teams & procurement. Open working sessions to tackle shared challenges together — whether Olive solves them or not. The goal is to leave with real solutions.

Wind down at the venue before heading out for the evening.
Night at Area15
Area15 is Las Vegas’s immersive entertainment complex — and Thursday night we’re taking it over. The main event is Universal Horror Unleashed: a permanent, world-class horror experience featuring haunted houses built by the people who brought you Halloween Horror Nights. If horror isn’t your thing, the bars, installations, and general chaos of Area15 are more than enough reason to come. Either way, it’s a night you won’t forget. Group transport from Green Valley Ranch arranged.
Evening eventFriday, October 2 — Half Day
Breakfast & open discussion
Informal follow-up from Thursday. Finish the conversations from yesterday over coffee.
Closing — what we’re committing to
We close the loop on the roadmap feedback. You leave knowing exactly what you influenced and when it ships.
Departures
Head home — or stay in Vegas. That part is on you.
Green Valley Ranch, Nevada
Fifteen minutes from the Strip. Close enough for a Vegas evening, far enough to actually get things done during the day.
Life Time Living — Green Valley Ranch
Green Valley Ranch, NV
All sessions, working groups, and happy hour are held here. A real working space, not a hotel conference room.
Green Valley Ranch Resort or Aloft Las Vegas
Two solid options nearby:
Green Valley Ranch Resort — 2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy. Connected to the venue, most convenient.
Aloft Las Vegas (Marriott) — A short drive away, usually a better rate. Good option if GVR is sold out.
Area15 — Universal Horror Unleashed
3215 S Rancho Dr, Las Vegas
Group transport from Green Valley Ranch arranged. Details sent to registered attendees closer to the event.
Fly into LAS
Harry Reid International Airport is about 10 minutes away. Uber, Lyft, or rental car — all easy from the airport.
This room is small by design.
‘O’Live works because everyone in the room is doing real work at scale. We’re not filling seats — we’re choosing the people whose input will most directly shape what Olive becomes in 2027. If you received an invitation, you’re one of them.
Request your seat
Seats are allocated manually. We’ll confirm your registration within 48 hours of receiving your request.
